These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the cka444 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, references to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.
- "Platform" The cka444 website accessible at https://cka444.com, together with any associated mobile applications, downloadable clients, APIs, and related digital services operated under the cka444 brand.
- "Player" / "You" Any natural person who has registered an account on the Platform, is in the process of registering, or who accesses and uses any part of the Platform in any capacity.
- "Account" The unique registered profile created by a Player on the Platform, associated with a single verified identity, through which all gaming, betting, and financial activities are conducted.
- "Balance" The total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise specified.

Account Registration & Eligibility
To register a Player Account on cka444, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. cka444 enforces mandatory age verification for all accounts. Registration by or on behalf of any person under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally incapacitated or acting under guardianship may not register.
- Single account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on cka444. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds.
- Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number — must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.
- Personal use only: Your Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account on your behalf, nor may you open an Account on behalf of a third party.
Identity Verification (KYC)
cka444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle — at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time during your use of the Platform. Accepted documents typically include a valid national identity card, passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of address and, where relevant, proof of payment method ownership.
Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe specified by cka444 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of suspected fraud or misrepresentation, immediate account closure. cka444 is not liable for any funds that cannot be returned due to a Player's failure to complete KYC procedures.
cka444 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. If our systems detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual — through shared device identifiers, IP addresses, payment methods, or personal details — all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Any bonus funds held across duplicate accounts will be voided without compensation.
cka444 uses automated and manual age verification checks at the point of registration and prior to processing the first withdrawal. Players who cannot confirm they are 18 years of age or older will have their accounts closed and any deposited real-money funds returned to the original payment method.
Account Obligations & Security
By maintaining a Player Account on cka444, you accept the following obligations in relation to your Account and your conduct on the Platform. These obligations exist to protect both you as a player and the integrity of the cka444 platform as a whole.
Password and Login Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. cka444 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from cka444 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
In the event that you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cka444 support immediately. cka444 will suspend the Account pending investigation and will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cka444 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documents; engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith.
- Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements; creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses; coordinating with other players to abuse referral or cashback programmes.
- Collusion: Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other multi-player game environment to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
- Software exploitation: Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players; exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities for financial gain without reporting them to cka444.
- Money laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds derived from illegal activity. cka444 has a zero-tolerance policy and will report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
Account Activity and Dormancy
An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity, defined as no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity during that period. cka444 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified by email at least 30 days before any dormancy fee is applied. The balance in a dormant account will never be reduced below zero.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Deposits
cka444 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your Account balance in BDT at the time of confirmed payment.
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
- Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits of your chosen payment method and any Player-defined deposit limits set under our responsible gaming tools.
- Processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited instantly upon payment confirmation. Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 15 minutes in exceptional circumstances.
- Deposit fees: cka444 does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please consult your bKash, Nagad, or bank terms directly.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method is owned by a different person — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review. Any funds deposited from an unverified third-party source will be returned to the originating payment method and will not be credited to your Account.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. cka444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
- Maximum withdrawal: Subject to account tier and the payment method's own limits. VIP-tier players benefit from elevated daily and weekly withdrawal ceilings.
- Processing time: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5–10 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay are processed within 30 minutes. Card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard) may take 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
- Withdrawal fees: cka444 does not charge internal withdrawal processing fees. Payment provider fees, if any, remain the responsibility of the Player.
cka444 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 per single transaction or ৳200,000 in cumulative withdrawals within a 30-day period. Additional KYC documentation may be requested. Withdrawal processing times are suspended during the pendency of any investigation into suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
cka444 offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and other promotional incentives are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms of the promotion shall prevail.
General Bonus Conditions
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players with verified Accounts in good standing. Players who are under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or any other policy violation are not eligible to claim or benefit from any promotional offer during the investigation period.
- One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Activating a new deposit bonus while an existing bonus remains active and subject to wagering requirements is not permitted.
- Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live dealer games, RNG table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
- Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, which will be clearly stated in the promotion terms at the time of issue. Bonus funds and any associated wagering progress that have not been completed within the expiry window will be forfeited automatically without compensation.
- Withdrawal with active bonus: If a Player requests a withdrawal while a bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement is active, cka444 reserves the right to void the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings before processing the withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance.
- Maximum bet during wagering: While wagering through a bonus, the maximum permissible single bet is ৳2,000 or the equivalent in-game stake. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus wagering may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Welcome Bonus
New Players who register an Account on cka444 and complete KYC verification may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 across their first qualifying deposits. The specific match percentage, minimum qualifying deposit amount, eligible games, wagering requirement multiplier, and expiry period for the welcome bonus are published on the cka444 Promotions page and are subject to change. The welcome bonus may be claimed only once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
Abuse Prevention
cka444 reserves the right to decline, void, or reclaim any bonus awarded as a result of what it reasonably determines to be bonus abuse, system exploitation, or coordinated manipulation of promotional mechanics. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at cka444's sole discretion and may be based on wagering pattern analysis, account relationship mapping, and other internal fraud detection measures. Players who are found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their accounts suspended and all bonus-related balances forfeited.
Gameplay Rules & Fair Use
All games and betting markets available on cka444 are provided by licensed third-party game studios and data providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own published rules, which the Player is responsible for reading before placing any wager. cka444 reserves the right to void, suspend, or restrict any bet or market where it has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, insider information, or any other integrity violation. Such determinations are made in conjunction with cka444's sports integrity monitoring partners and may be reported to relevant sporting authorities.
Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market — including server errors, display errors, incorrect odds published due to a data feed failure, or game freezes — cka444 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant Player Accounts. Winnings generated as a direct result of a verifiable technical malfunction are not payable and will be voided. Players who suspect a malfunction during a game session should cease play and contact support immediately.
Responsible Gaming
cka444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all areas of the Platform. Gaming on cka444 is intended solely as a form of entertainment. It is not a reliable method of generating income, and no Player should wager amounts that they cannot afford to lose.
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players free of charge through the Account Settings section of the Platform:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set a maximum deposit cap on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling period before they take effect, to prevent impulsive decisions during a session.
- Session Time Alerts: Players may configure on-screen notifications that appear at defined intervals (e.g., every 30 minutes, every 60 minutes) to remind them of the total time spent in active play during a session.
- Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Player's Account is inaccessible for all gaming and betting activity. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed before their scheduled expiry. The Player's Account balance is preserved in full during any cooling-off period.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling has become problematic may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During the self-exclusion period, the Account is suspended and cka444 will take reasonable steps to ensure that no marketing communications are directed to the excluded Player. Self-exclusion periods of less than 6 months are not available — the minimum self-exclusion duration is 6 months.

Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting cka444 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, cka444 will process the closure within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Active bonus funds at the time of closure will be voided and are not withdrawable.
Suspension or Closure by cka444
cka444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including payment fraud, identity fraud, or money laundering
- Confirmed bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics
- Use of automated software, bots, or prohibited third-party tools on the Platform
- Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards cka444 support staff or other players
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Player in bad faith
- Any other conduct that cka444 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's balance will be preserved and will not be accessible until the investigation is concluded. Where an Account is permanently closed as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, cka444 reserves the right to withhold any balance attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or proceeds of prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits that are not directly connected to the prohibited activity will be returned to the originating payment method at cka444's discretion following the conclusion of the investigation.
Effect of Closure
Upon closure of an Account — whether initiated by the Player or by cka444 — all bonus funds, free spins, loyalty points, and promotional entitlements associated with the Account are immediately and irrevocably forfeited. Re-registration following a voluntary account closure is permitted after a 30-day cooling period. Re-registration by a Player whose Account was closed by cka444 for breach of these Terms & Conditions is prohibited without the express written consent of cka444.
Amendments to These Terms
cka444 reserves the right to amend, update, or supplement these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the email address registered to their Account and by a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the cka444 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and cka444, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek resolution through our internal complaints procedure. cka444 aims to resolve all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal procedure, you may seek resolution through an independent alternative dispute resolution mechanism as notified to you at the time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cka444's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. cka444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if cka444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit cka444's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
